The flat plan of the front cover of the college magazine gives a clear indication on how i want to layout to look like. I have used a sans serif typeface for the masthead, which makes a clear title, easy to read and in personal. This suits the purpose of the magazine. I have taken a close-up of a stereotypical trendy teenager which will grasp the students attention and read the magazine. The colour scheme is purple and purple, which will make the body text stand out from the background of the picture. I took a close-up to show trust and intimacy between the students of the college. As the model doesn't mind having a personal picture on the magazine. I will use serif type face on two of the subheadings to enhance a features and to balance out the layout. Plus the reader will be visually stimulated by the dynamic use of fonts which will lure them into reading more.
